libkokyu-6.2.8 software package provides ACE scheduling and dispatching library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkokyu-6.2.8
libkokyu-6.2.8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkokyu-6.2.8 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkokyu-6.2.8 *
